From a small village in coastal Karnataka, ended up doing engineering in a core branch in Bangalore. Aiming to build brands, businesses and systems currently exploring patterns to climb my first step, from where I can unlock a few more opportunities. Might sound incompetent, but I've never earned anything from building. Reason? See below.
Six products across three modes of building. None made me rich. All made me smarter.
Every single one started with a spark that felt undeniable.

"Influencer marketing runs purely on views. I always calculated ROI when working with influencers - and it never made sense."
Result-driven influencer marketing tool. Eliminates vanity metrics and tracks actual clicks and sales per influencer. Plans to start an agency - kicking off April 2026.
"I met a guy on his way to HSR for an interview at three companies for the same profile. If only the first company could share feedback with the others — anonymously — it would've saved everyone time."
Community hiring platform built entirely with AI. Gives feedback to every candidate, helps them understand what to improve, and handles privacy + legal concerns built-in. Bigger vision: full-stack HR platform with a verified-only professional network.
"Leads were scattered everywhere messages, sheets, random notes. Teams had no system to follow up or close on WhatsApp."
Lightweight CRM for small teams. Captured leads, sent reminders, and closed deals on WhatsApp. Closed, but the idea lives on; may rebuild with WhatsApp as the base.
"The last budget speech was hours long. Less than 10% of people read it. Fewer understand the details. But everyone's money is in it."
Unbiased political and social intelligence platform. Tracked government projects, politician cases, affidavits, and controversies. Closed, but the idea of an AI journal with chat is still alive; not for profit.
"I went to find a PG for my cousin. Every listing online was incomplete. Every search meant physically going location to location, asking prices, negotiating. Took days."
PG discovery platform for Bangalore. 200+ manually entered PGs from HSR and BTM Stage 2. Solving the chicken-and-egg problem by entering data manually first. Vision: expand to every real estate category, built differently than what exists today.
"Kirana stores were getting digitized, but the early tools created more friction than they solved. Quick commerce wasn't the answer for them yet."
Quick commerce platform for retailers, intended to enable fast commerce for kirana stores, eliminating friction from early digitization. Custom-built product with a small hired team.
I build products. I've talked to investors. I've worked in early-stage startups. But I've never talked to my potential clients and never tried to sell anything exclusively.
That's why I've never earned anything from building. Not incompetence. Not bad products. Just never closing the loop with the one person who matters most — the customer. Everything else was practice. This is the lesson.
